The Red Hook Central School District is seeking knowledgeable and dedicated applicants for a Special Education Teacher. NYS Special Education K-12 and 7-9 certification required. The Special Education Teacher provides specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities to help them achieve academic and functional success. This role involves developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), adapting curriculum, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with general education teachers, service providers, and families. The Special Education Teacher fosters an inclusive, supportive learning environment that meets diverse student needs and promotes growth, independence, and confidence.
