Primary Function: Will have a leadership role and strong SEL expertise in Project AWARE. Will oversee all project programs, engage community partners and have direct access to district administrators RCSD and LCSD. The successful candidate will provide project leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making in collaboration with the Project Aware Team, RCSD, LCSD, NYS Office of Mental Health, NYS Education Department and Project Aware TeamQualifications:Supervisory and/or personnel management experience.Experience in K-12 school district and/or community-based human services delivering SEL programming to students and families. Knowledge of grant and/or report writing.Master’s degree in the human services field (e.g. counseling, social work, psychology or community psychology, educational psychology, research and development.)At least five years of successful experience working in the field of school or community mental health and/or education, and should include execution of large scale projects.1 year of grant management experience preferred.Experience in all applications of Microsoft Office Suite.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all activities including personnel, contractors, community stakeholders, school district communication, SAMHSA requirements, work plan development and management.Engage in regular meetings and trainings with community partners, OMH, NYSED and SAMHSA in accordance with grant requirements.Collaborate with the school leadership team to enhance the MTSS model around SEL objectives of the grant. Develop and manage the grant budget in collaboration with the school Business Office.Collaborate, cooperate and assist the project evaluation team in ensuring that data collection, program review and any necessary modifications occur in project implementation, as recommended.Ensure periodic review of performance data to assess progress and improve management of the project.Apply on OLAS
