The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and student-centered Girls Modified Soccer Coach for the upcoming season. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the field while fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Responsibilities Plan and conduct daily practices that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Supervise student-athletes during practices, contests, and team activities. Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants. Ensure compliance with all NYSPHSAA, Section II, and District policies and procedures. Maintain effective communication with student-athletes, families, athletic administration, and school staff. Model professionalism, integrity, and good sportsmanship at all times. Perform other coaching duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. Qualifications Previous coaching and/or competitive playing experience preferred. Knowledge of soccer fundamentals and player development. Demonstrated ability to effectively work with middle school-aged student-athletes. Current First Aid, CPR, AED, and Concussion Management certifications (or ability to obtain prior to the start of the season). Fingerprint clearance through the New York State Education Department. Compensation Salary is in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
