The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk CSD is looking for an innovative and dynamic School Library Media Specialist. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with students, staff, and school administrators as the Library Media Specialist. The responsibilities include developing a library media program that supports the curriculum, providing instructional leadership for teaching information literacy skills, developing and maintaining a collection of resources that is rich in print and non-print materials, and managing the library media center as a flexible learning environment for all students. Qualified candidates must have NYS Library Media Specialist certification. Applicants currently enrolled in a program leading to Library Media Specialist certification are encouraged to apply.
