Looking to fill as soon as possible!!” ResponsibilitiesDevelop Transition plans for school age students ages 14-21Conduct vocation assessmentsCoordinate vocational settingsEnsure post-secondary school/ linkage referrals for graduating studentsCoordinate school and local resources to provide vocational opportunities Work Closely with ACCES-VR to provide supports to graduating studentsParticipate in parent training clinics as neededServe as substitute teacher as neededProvide and/or ensure regular communication with parentsMaintain regular communication with classroom and administrative staff regarding student progress, staff progress, and overall class managementMonitor and graph performance/productivityParticipate in the evaluation of staff as neededAttend/participate/develop classroom and or school-wide trainingsAssist/guide/mentor in the development of annual narrative reports/quarterly reports.
