Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES anticipates the need for a leave replacement teacher (through January 31, 2027) to provide instruction to high school students enrolled within the basic auto mechanics Career & Technical Education programs. Qualifications: Candidate must hold NY State certification in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance 7-12. Characteristics Desired: Background in automotive field and experience teaching/working with high school students highly preferred. Successful candidate must have a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to the PNW BOCES core value of pathways to success for every student. Candidates must be highly organized, flexible, and have effective communication and problem-solving skills.
