Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES anticipates operating a 6-week ESY Program for students with disabilities from July 1, 2026 through August 11, 2026. School Social Worker candidates are needed to provide support to school aged students and families. Must have the ability to function as a positive and contributing member of our BOCES team. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred candidates will be bi-lingual, and have extensive experience with the regulations and trends pertaining to special education, including transition planning. MSW, CSW, School Social Worker Certification is required. CHARACTERISTICS DESIRED: Extensive knowledge of instructional approaches for students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders and/or multiple disabilities. Must be driven, organized and have the ability to positively manage students. Successful candidates must have a positive, can-do attitude and be committed to the BOCES Mission of Service and Innovation through Partnership.
