Duties:Develop & implement engaging curricula, tailored to the needs of adult learners, around the topic of assigned course(s)Manage classroom dynamics to create a respectful, inclusive, motivating environment for diverse student populationsAssess & support student progress, working closely with students to support their goalsMaintain accurate attendance, participation, and performance recordsQualifications:Proven experience teaching, preferably within adult education and/or classroom settingsFormal educational/vocational training (e.g. appropriate certification or licensing, as applicable) and/or expertise in the subject matter of the course(s)Familiarity with learning technology toolsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsPunctual & must be willing to teach assigned course for its full scheduled durationCharacteristics Desired: Prior experience and/or strong desire to work with students from varied backgrounds and skill levelsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
