Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES anticipates a full-time vacancy for a Senior Office Assistant to join our Guidance & Child Study Center department. Major responsibilities consist of general administrative and clerical duties which include, but are not limited, to:Support program staff, consultants, clinicians, and district partners by responding promptly to evaluation requests and coordinating communication via email and phoneManage multiple shared email inboxes, calendars, and scheduling to staffing and scheduling of requestsEnter and maintain accurate data across platforms with attention to detail and confidentialityOrganize and manage digital files and records to ensure smooth, efficient access for all stakeholdersQualifications:Qualifications: Must be highly motivated and organized, able to multi-task and take independent action and initiative to ensure the timely and accurate processing of the workflow. Proficient in MS Word and Outlook, and experience with WinCap preferred. Good communication skills/phone etiquette to work with district representatives when needed. Must qualify through Civil Service.
