The Pleasantville Union Free School District is seeking a school counselor for a 1.0 probationary position at Pleasantville High School. Candidates should have knowledge of the comprehensive school counseling domains, excellent communication skills, proficiency with 21st Century tools, and a passion for working with students/families. We seek candidates with experience in college counseling, social- emotional support, academic programming, mental health support , and the ability to work collaboratively with our administrative team and experienced counseling department. Candidates for this position must hold New York State Certification Experienced professionals, especially those with successful counseling experience, are encouraged to apply.
