Job Description: Part time (three days per week), present until 6/30/26Responsibilities- Supervise the Human Resources Coordinator- Oversee employee recruitment and hiring process- Maintain and manage employee records- Assist with the administration of benefits and payroll- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations- Facilitate training programs, performance evaluations, and employee relations- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures- Support organizational goals through strategic HR planning- Assist with contract negotiations and grievance procedures- Contribute HR related portions of the biweekly Board of Education agenda- Attend Board of Education meetings when required- Participate in the development of best practices through a voluntary intensive audit of district HR proceduresQualifications- NYS Administrator Certificate- Previous experience as a successful school human resources leader and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficientlySalary range: $600-$700 per diem (commensurate with experience)Posting open until filled
