The Pleasantville Union Free School District is seeking a school counselor for a full-time probationary position at Pleasantville Middle School. Salary range is: $59,000-$90,000.Candidates should have knowledge of the comprehensive school counseling domains, excellent communication skills, proficiency with 21st-century tools, and a passion for working with students/families. We seek candidates with experience in social-emotional support, academic programming, mental health support, and the ability to work collaboratively with our administrative team and experienced counseling department.Candidates must hold valid NYS School Counselor certification. Any additional certifications, training, and/or experience in social-emotional learning or psychology are preferred.
