Pleasantville High School is seeking a Bilingual Teaching Assistant to work with teachers and students. Candidates must be able to work with students of all ability levels and inspire a love of learning. This full-time leave replacement position will begin in November 2022 and end in June 2023. Qualifications: Candidates must possess valid New York State Teaching Assistant certification and be fluent in Spanish, both orally and in written form. Prior instructional experience preferred. Characteristics Desired: Must have a positive, can-do attitude, with an ability to immerse language instruction into existing school curriculum by working collaboratively with existing instructional staff in a classroom setting.
