Position: One (1) full-time, 12-month, Non-Unit Mid-Management, Competitive Civil Service, provisional position.Qualifications and Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications:(a) Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents to grant degrees with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration or a closely related field; or(b) Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents to grant degrees with an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field and two years of technical experience* in public personnel administration or a closely related field; or(c) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and four years of technical experience* in public personnel administration or closely related field; orAn equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (a), (b) and (c).
