Position: One (1) part-time position available. This is a 10-month, Teacher Unit, Itinerant position providing services to students in component school districts.Qualifications and Responsibilities: Current NYS Physical Education/Adaptive Physical Education certification is required. The successful candidate will instruct students to perform basic motor and manipulative skills, attain competency in a variety of physical activities, and design personal fitness programs. The selected candidate will also provide specific activities for students who are unable to participate in regular physical education classes because of physical, cognitive, or severe social/emotional difficulties.
