Position: Full-time, 12-month, Administrative Unit position located at NCOC in Grand Gorge.Qualifications and Responsibilities: Current NYS School Building Leader and/or School District Leader certification required. Experience in Special Education, Career and Technical Education, Alternative Education and administrative experience required. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and assisting administration with all aspects of the daily operation of student programs, including all Special Education programs. Duties will include, but not limited to, student intake for Innovative Programs in consultation with the Director of Special Education Services; cover building in the summer and during regular school year when administrative coverage is necessary; attend CSE meetings for students as needed; attend CSE meetings for students as needed; work with component and non-component districts for referrals to CTE, Alternative Education programs, and Innovative Programs; submit timely evaluations using the required evaluation rubrics and according to the APPR policy; submit interim reports on a weekly basis to the building principal; other duties as assigned.Start Date: August 2022Location: NCOC in Grand GorgeSalary: Commensurate with experienceApplication: We encourage qualified applicants to submit their resumé, application, transcripts and references to OLAS.Additional Information Contact: humanresources@oncboces.orgCivil Service position candidates must be reachable on the existing eligibility list.
