24/25 Probationary BCBA TeacherBCBA Certification and Teacher Certification requiredThe Oceanside School District is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. This position will report to the Special Education Directors and will have the following responsibilities:employ the use of direct observation, measurement, and functional analysis of the relationship between environment and behavior to create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to improve behaviorsprovide effective behavioral health treatment for persons with Autism and related disorderswork and communicate with Directors, School Principals, Psychologists and educational teams provide training and support within the school setting assisting with the behavioral needs of the students on caseload. participate and contribute to CSE/CPSE meetingsserve as consultant to teachers and staff in behavior treatment for studentskeep and update progress notes on student's IEP; maintain all data, paperwork and communication between student and their families and other professionals and providersanalyze data and assist in programmingother duties as assigned.
