City School District of New RochelleEmbracing Diversity: Driving Success The City School District of New Rochelle seeks a knowledgeable and dedicated High School Technology Leave Replacement Teacher (March to April). Candidates will be considered based on their demonstrated ability to do the following:Establish and maintain rapport with students, foster a welcoming and affirming classroom environment, and address student behavior using a restorative approach. Implement Architecture and Engineering (PLTW) units of study and develop lesson supports aligned with the expectations of the NYS Career Development and Occupational Studies standards. Facilitate lessons and projects that reflect differentiation in student learning styles and abilities and use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.
