Dean of Students As a Dean of Students, you will oversee all discipline for the school program including day to day management of student discipline and behavior management for all students. You will also supervise all members of the behavior support team. You will report to the Principle and work onsite.Responsibilities:Supervise all members of the Behavior Support TeamManage student discipline matters according to the student code of conductMaintain all records related to discipline in accordance with the New York State Education Department and Office of Children and Family Services Regulations.Work with all members of a student’s treatment team to develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans and other support plans.Provide behavior support to all students.Review all incident reports and ensure that they are in compliance with all State Education and Office of Children and Family Services regulationsReview summary of weekly incidents reports and hold weekly meetings with the Behavior Support Team to have a plan to respond to that data.Requirements and Education:A High School Diploma and seven to ten years of related experience.5 years of supervisory experience in human services field.BenefitsHealth care package: medical, dental, and vision Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Holiday Pay 401 (K) plan Life Insurance Loan repayment assistance Free training/CEU opportunities
