The New Lebanon Central School District is seeking an innovative Business Teacher to join our team of educators. The ideal candidate will inspire and prepare students for success in business, entrepreneurship, and the global economy.Responsibilities:Teach a variety of business-related courses, such as Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Business Law.Design engaging and standards-based lesson plans aligned with NYS learning standards.Integrate technology and project-based learning to enhance student engagement and understanding.Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular initiatives.Assess student progress using a variety of evaluation methods and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs.Participate in professional development and contribute to school committees.Qualifications:Certification: Valid New York State Teaching Certification in Business or eligibility for certification.Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward their academic and career goals.Ability to integrate current business practices and trends into the curriculum.
