The candidate will work collaboratively with elementary school teachers in the kindergarten as part of an integrated co-taught classroom to provide special education services to students with IEPs. This position includes coordinating services/programs with colleagues, maintaining open communication with parents and staff, monitoring progress on annual goals, carrying out testing modifications and supplemental aids, managing student behavior, managing paraprofessionals, and advocating for student needs.
