Key responsibilities include:Receiving and organizing vendor deliveries.Transferring food products into refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas in compliance with food safety standards.Transporting food and supplies between district buildings.Document large volume freezer inventory.Collecting bank bags from each kitchen, securely executing deposits at the bank, and collecting bank deposit receipts.Collecting Food Service Department mail including invoices, memos, production documents.Operating the food service department van to complete required transportation tasks.Maintaining daily communication with the Food Service Director and Cooks to ensure operational continuity.
