Elementary Education Teacher This is a 10-month, probationary position with a start date of 9/1/26. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a B-6 NYS Teacher Certification. Application Deadline: 4/15/26 Start Date: 9/1/26 Salary: Per current MMTA contract; level of education and experience will be considered. This position reports to the Building Principal. The Elementary Teacher will be responsible for providing education to students in Grades K-4 as assigned. The ideal candidate will: Have a strong understanding of best practices for teaching, learning and assessment Use developmentally appropriate strategies to promote student engagement with the content Create a positive learning environment Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Build positive relationships with colleagues Promote family engagement whenever possible
