The Moravia Central School District is seeking a dynamic, flexible Middle School Special Education Teacher who wants to work with students with special needs to help them achieve and develop to their fullest potential.Candidates must possess strong social skills and be willing to advocate for their students and themselves. Responsibilities will include:Working closely with students and their families to ensure that proper supports are in place.Utilize teaching strategies which maintain a high level of student engagement.Be able to write IEPs which vividly portray each student and implement the services described within the document. Work collaboratively with a grade level team within a PLC model.
