Description:

·        Have experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum·         Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis·        Understanding of Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and progress monitoring of behavior·        Provide services for Students with Disabilities, including differentiated instruction & modifications;·        Provide instruction in ELA, with a focus on Literacy & Reading;·        Help students develop organizational & study skills;·        Possess a knowledge of student IEPs & implementation;·        Use technology to enhance & augment instruction;·        Align instructions to the Next Generation Learning Standards;·        Work collaboratively in a team to support student learning;·        Have experience with Vocational Programming·        NYS Special Education or Students with disabilities certification (required)·         Wilson Reading Training (preferred)
