Individual Aide – Multiple Positions Little Flower Union Free School District Wading River, NYLittle Flower UFSD is seeking motivated and dedicated individual (one-to-one) aides to support students in our 8:1+1 special education classrooms. These positions provide an opportunity to work directly with students with diverse learning and behavioral needs in a supportive school environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to assigned student(s).Supervise student(s) throughout the school day across a variety of settings and activities.Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the needs of a high-needs, multi-grade, multi-subject classroom.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Prior experience in a school, childcare, or related educational/care setting preferred.Current college students in education programs are encouraged to apply; flexible scheduling is available.NYS fingerprint clearance and NYS SEL clearance must be obtained prior to employment.Compensation$18.00 per hourNo benefitsStart DateAs soon as eligible and clearedApplication ProcessApplications will be accepted on a rolling basis until positions are filled.
