The Lindenhurst UFSD is seeking a leave of absence (LOA) speech and language pathologist to provide school-age services within the elementary setting. New York State certification as a Speech & Language Pathologist required. General Responsibilities: Provide mandated and non-mandated speech sessions for elementary-aged students Track progress related to student goals and development of student IEPs. Record and submit session notes as per Medicaid requirements. Participation in building level and CSE meetings. Ongoing communication with staff and parents.Candidates should submit job-specific cover letters via OLAS to Ms. Irene DeNisco, Director of Special Education and PPS.
