The Lindenhurst UFSD is anticipating a need for a leave of absence for a speech and language pathologist to provide school-age services within the district at the elementary level. The full caseload consists of approximately 40-thirty minute sessions and is expected to begin 11/20/23 and conclude on 12/22/23. New York State certification as a Speech & Language Pathologist required. General Responsibilities: Provide mandated and non-mandated speech sessions for elementary-aged students. Track progress related to student goals and development of student IEPs. Record and submit session notes as per Medicaid requirements. Participate in building level and CSE meetings.
