The Locust Valley Central School District is looking for Middle School Drama - Choreographer to join our team.Middle School Musical Dates:Friday, January 24th & Saturday, January 25th at 6:00 P.M. - tech week is the week leading up to the performances.Duties and Responsibilities:Designs and teaches dances to cast that are appropriate for the style of the showPosts and maintains a dance rehearsal scheduleWorks with director & music director to create this scheduleMonitors and maintains the quality and consistency of the dance performance throughout tech week and all performancesGive notes and feedback to performers as they feel necessaryIs present for all tech week and performance datesMiddle School Musical Dates - Friday, January 24th & Saturday, January 25th at 6:00 P.M. - tech week is the week leading up to the performancesElementary Musical Dates - February 12th & 13th at 6:00 P.M. - tech week is the week leading up to the performancesQualifications:Ability to speak and read English in order to understand and perform job assignments.Always present a positive and professional image.Be standing on your feet majority of the time.Able to lift/bend.Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.Stipend:$1782 (incremental increase depending on experience).
