REQUIREMENTS: NYS Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) RESPONSIBILITIES: Work 1:1 with a 4th grade student. Execute Behavior Intervention plans (BIPs) to manage and reduce challenging behaviors while teaching functional communication. Record and maintain detailed records/data on student progress. Participate in any CSE or school meetings as necessary. Develop and implement RBT program(s) as required by the students’ IEP. Model basic behavioral support techniques for the student's team to ensure ongoing environment consistency. Establish good relationships with parents and other school staff members. SCHEDULE: As needed throughout the school year. SALARY: Hourly rate starting at $18.13 (Possibility of incremental increase based on experience and educational assignments)
