Location: Lido Complex (LBMS, Lido Elem.)Requirements: Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance,painting and basic carpentry work. Experience monitoring and adjustingBMS from a remote station is a plus. The successful applicant musthave a strong work ethic, be a self-starter and be able to workindependently, performing equipment maintenance, keeping accuratelogs, and being tech savvy or at least willing to learn, including BMScontrols. Knowledge of tools specific to the listed trades, proficiencywith tool usage including measuring and testing. Ability to get along withothers, remaining level-headed in pressure situations, beingcommunicative, resourceful and helpful are all requirements. OSHA orother safety training is a plus.Compensation: According to the Group C contract
