Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to address student needs and monitor progress. Participate in MTSS meetings, 504, and CSE meetings and provide counseling input and support plans. Respond to student crises and ensure appropriate follow-up. Support transition activities and contribute to a positive school climate.
