Location: Meadow Pond Elementary School Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full-Time; 10 months Salary and Benefits: $47,148 as per the KLSSA Contract pro-rated from start date Qualifications: Teaching Assistant Certification required.Special Education teacher license and/or experience with special needs students preferred.Training in CPI highly desirable.Experience with therapeutic classroom-based approaches preferred.Experience implementing Behavior Intervention Plans.Provide assistance and work with students to meet classroom expectations.Assist in prompting of students to follow routine/work production.Deliver small group instruction as necessary.
