Location: District-WideAnticipated Start Date: ASAPHours: Full-time (12-month); Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pmSalary and Benefits: Salary Range of $87,109 to $102,818 as per the KLSSA ContractQualifications & Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' physical abilities and needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to integrate therapy goals into students' daily routines. Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide training and support to school staff on how to assist students with physical disabilities. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards of practice. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop strategies for improvement. State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators. Understanding of special education laws and regulations.
