Claims Auditor Stipend - $5,000.00 annuallyDescription of duties:• Examine and certify that each accounts payable claim is a legal and proper obligation of the District on a weekly basis (each Tuesday for an estimated 1-4 hours), and as needed for extra check runs• Communicate any findings and corrective actions to be taken to the Business Office• Approve warrant for check printing• Prepare monthly Claims Audit report for the BOE• Participate in Audit Committee meetings as requested• Gather information and communicate with auditors as requested
