Full Time (10 months +10 days) Position: Two full-time positions working with elementary, middle, and secondary students. These are 10-month, Probationary Appointment Qualifications and Responsibilities: Current NYS School Social Worker certification is required. Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred. The selected candidate will: provide mandated counseling for students. provide crisis intervention services. work with at-risk students and a diverse population. work with students and families to access community services. promote and support students’ academic and social successes provide information, insight, and expertise to the district student support team.
