Harpursville Central School District is seeking a special education teacher for the 2023-2024 school year to provide direct instruction to students with disabilities in an inclusive setting. The ideal candidate will be able to: -Design, implement, and monitor the progress of IEP goals. -Provide instruction to meet diverse student needs and support student achievement. -Partner with the classroom teacher to differentiate activities and/or implement specially designed instruction for students with a variety of needs. -Collaborate with the student’s related services team to ensure the provision of high-quality services. -Accurately complete all paperwork in a timely manner per New York State/school policies/procedures. Candidate must have a Students with Disabilities (Grades 1-6) or Special Education-Permanent (K-12) NYS Certification.
