2026 - 2027 SCHOOL YEAR VACANCY Internal Candidates Only OFFICE OF MENTAL HEALTH (OMH) POSITION: LEAD SUCCESS COACH GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all student Success Plans in Branching Minds are accurate, complete, and up to date. Review Success Plans with Success Coaches to ensure appropriate wraparound services and interventions are identified and implemented. Generate and analyze reports from Branching Minds to support program monitoring, compliance, and reporting requirements. Coordinate with the Nassau Regional Field Office to identify and facilitate professional development and training opportunities for staff. Gather, analyze, and interpret student data to identify mental health needs and inform the selection of evidence-based mental health services and supports. Collaborate with school staff and community partners to align student interventions with identified academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Monitor the implementation of student support plans and recommend adjustments based on data and student outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district policies and applicable reporting requirements. LOCATION: Districtwide HOURS: U p to 20 hours per month, during afterschool hours QUALIFICATIONS: Valid New York State School Psychologist or Social Worker certification COMPENSATION: Service Assignment I – Funding - OMH Grant CLOSING DATE : August 19, 2026 Internal Candidates Only
