Harmony Heights is a therapeutic, special education school serving adolescent girls with emotional challenges, grade 8 through 12. Harmony Heights has an opening for a Teacher Assistant for a September 2026 start. We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Teacher Assistant to support our educational team. This role is essential in helping students succeed academically within a structured and supportive environment. Harmony Heights is a year-round school, with a 6-week summer program. Candidates must be able to work 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., M-Fri., Tuesday staff meetings until 4:30 p.m. and a 12-month program. Key Responsibilities: Support the classroom teacher in delivering individualized and group instruction Assist in implementing students’ IEP goals and behavior support plans Provide one-on-one and small group academic assistance Help maintain a structured, and safe classroom environment Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and support staff Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and daily routines Qualifications: High school diploma required.
