The Henry Johnson Charter School is seeking a full-time teacher of English to speakers of other languages to join our unique K-4 organization. The teacher is expected to evaluate, instruct, and improve English proficiency as well as serve as a resource to the school for English language concerns. This position will require a high degree of creativity, cultural awareness and problem-solving capabilities. We offer an annual merit-based performance bonus of up to 10% of your salary, based on objective, predetermined goals. Additional funds are available for experienced teachers with demonstrable results.This position reports directly to the Principal.
