The Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District is seeking candidates for a Mathematics leave replacement position for the 2025-2026 school year. The school district is looking for inspiring educators who can work with our students to accelerate mathematical understanding and achievement.Successful candidates should have/be:An individual who can uphold our district's core values of Readiness, Inclusion, Social Justice and Empathy;Strong mathematics curriculum, instruction and assessment skills;Highly collaborative and collegial;Possess interdisciplinary and integrative knowledge of mathematics and familiarity with data driven cycles of instruction;Experience providing interventions and related supports that will assure positive academic outcomes for all students;Experience teaching mathematics in a secondary setting;NYS Mathematics 5-9 certification is preferred, but not required;NYS SWD Generalist 5-9 and/or 7-12 is preferred, but not required.Requirements:NYS Mathematics 7-12 certification; NYSED fingerprint clearance.Please submit a cover letter and resume for consideration.
