Special Education TeacherThe Half Hollow Hills School District has an anticipated opening for a Special Education Teacher for an IPC class. Successful candidates must have a strong background across all academic areas and knowledge of ABA and discrete trial teaching. Responsibilities include developing effective lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, providing instruction to support student learning within the classroom, executing IEP's, and collaborating with other teachers and related service providers. Successful candidates are required to maintain data, develop meaningful IEPs, and participate in meetings of the Committee on Special Education. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
