Our goal is to enable each and every individual to reach his/her maximum potential in the least restrictive environment by selecting and promoting educational practices that are grounded in research and science, in particular applied behavior analysis; and, to assist each individual with identifying and realizing his/her own goals.Job Description (Part-time One to One Aide):The one to one aide is directly responsible for studentKnowledge of student’s special alerts.Assists in the implementation of daily and weekly programs in communication, academic, and social behaviors.Assists in any clerical work required (i.e., daily evaluations, requisitions, taking data, graphing).Responsible for assisting student in carrying out daily activities as developed and planned.The one to one Aide assists student daily in proper hygiene habits (Activities of Daily Living--ADL’s/toileting program, etc.).Accompanies the student to the medical office or other services (speech, OT, PT or gym) as needed.*RETIREMENT PLAN *403B PLANSCONTRACTORS WELCOME.EOEJob Type:Part-timeRequired education: Minimum High School Diploma/GEDRequired experience (if applicable): Experience with the developmentally disabled a plus.Required license or certification (if applicable): N/A
