Anticipated Vacancy: Teacher Aide- Full Time (2 positions) Salary: Starting at $16.72, commensurate with experience Schedule: 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM OR 9:15 AM - 3:45 PMEffective Date: On or about Nov. 5, 2025The Haldane Central School District is seeking applicants for a Full Time position as a Teacher Aide to support learners with special needs at Haldane Elementary School, supervision of lunch, recess, and large group scenarios, and classroom support. This position also requires the candidate to provide supervision on am and/or pm bus rides. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who have an IEP. The district is seeking candidates who are flexible, compassionate and skilled with supporting students, maintaining safety, and working cooperatively on a team. Aides will be tasked with supporting the functioning of students with a range of needs which could include toileting, behavioral support, academic support, and increased supervision.The position will require the ability to engage with students in a variety of settings, i.e., in the classroom, at recess, and during specials.Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and a resume to Christine Jamin, Principal, Haldane Elementary School
