Immediate Opening - Special Education & General Education TutorFor 7th grade student - virtual or in-home deliveryThe Haldane Central School District is seeking qualified applicants to tutor a seventh-grade student beginning as soon as possible and for the next several weeks. The student requires tutoring for ELA and Math by a teacher(s) with a certification in teaching Students with Disabilities (SWD) and tutoring in Science and Social Studies by a General Education Teacher or a Teacher of SWD. The student will require approximately four hours per week for each core subject (minimum of 15 total hours weekly). Tutoring sessions will be virtual or in-person at the student’s home as the student is recovering from an injury and can not yet attend school. Once the student can return to school, additional tutoring may be offered as compensatory services to support past learning from when the student was not yet medically cleared to participate.In addition to applying on OLASPlease send a letter of interest addressed to Dr. Regina Kaishian, Director of Pupil Personnel Services at rkaishian@haldaneschool.org.
