Greenburgh-North Castle UFSD is seeking a Transition Specialist for our Yonkers-based Greenburgh Academy. Transition Specialists ensure students with disabilities successfully transition from school to post-secondary life.Responsibilities include attending CSE meetings, monitoring student progress, facilitating transition groups, and supporting students in vocational and adaptive skill development in school and in the community.
