Finley Middle School and under the leadership and direction of the School Lunch DirectorEnsure systems and operations adhere to all HACCP, DOH, and food safety guidelinesCompletion of financial responsibilities and record keeping in accordance with State and district proceduresExhibit considerable knowledge of the principles of dietetics and nutritionLead and maintain communication and collegial relationships with respective Food Service team membersAssign and supervise the activities of respective personnelAssign and maintain work schedules and assignmentsTrain respective Food Service personnelMaintain and prepare NYS and local reportsOther related duties assigned by the School Lunch DirectorLocation: Middle SchoolTime: 7.25 Hours Per DayDeadline: August 9, 2024Effective: August 28, 2024Application Instructions: Qualified candidates should apply via OLAS or via email with resume and cover letter to personnel@glencoveschools.org
