Qualifications:Appropriate NYS Media Communications Certification or Art Certification with Experience in Media ArtsKnowledge and understanding of Media Arts Learning StandardsGreat communication skillsStrong classroom management skillsKnowledge in all forms of Television Production and Digital Media including, but not limited to:A working knowledge of both PC and Mac, podcasts,audio and video editing, lighting, the operation ofcamera equipment used in television studios, and all additionalwork needed in relation to the production and recording processesFingerprinting clearance required Essential Duties (include, but are not limited to):Meet and teach assigned classes and caseloadMaintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and supports all studentsMaintain accurate and complete records to track the progress of individual studentsCommunicate with parents regarding the progress of individual studentsUse assessment tools to guide instructionStrive by instruction and action to implement the district’s philosophy of education, instructional goals and objectives Deadline: November 13, 2023 Effective: Immediately Location: High School Application Instructions: Qualified candidates should apply via OLAS with a resume and letter of interest to Andrew DiNapoli, before the deadline.
