A school monitor oversees the general safety of a school's campus. As a school monitor, you help provide a safe learning environment for the students, teachers, and other school staff. Your job duties range from patrolling the grounds to intervening in conflicts, and compiling reports on student behavior.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Either:High School Diploma or equivalent, but those with a degree A.S and above are preferred.Able to develop relationships and utilize de-escalation tactics to ensure student safety. Training is provided on those tactics.Able to move easily and quickly to de-escalated or break-up situations.Comfortable breaking up altercations.Care for the students serving.Highly Preferred, but not required:Bilingual in English & SpanishSecurity Experience, certification
