Enrich the instructional program with supplementary and practical real-life work experiences and career opportunities for students. Actively engage students in rigorous, project-based learning focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, marketing, and management principles. Provide instruction that reflects and supports the diverse educational, cultural and linguistic needs of the students served by exploring international business perspectives and inclusive workplace practices. Establish and maintain a supportive classroom environment that provides for the social-emotional learning of all students and mimics workplace professional standards, preparing students for soft-skill demands in the workforce.. Utilize student performance data and industry-standard certifications (e.g., Precision Exams, MOS, or Intuit Bookkeeping) to inform instructional decisions and track career-readiness progress. Effectively communicate with students and families. Proactively engage in continuous professional growth by staying current with emerging market trends, economic shifts, and educational technology. Positively contribute to the school community by advising Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) like FBLA or DECA and fostering partnerships with local businesses.
